Payment Terms
All fees are due at the time of order. Court filing fees are billed separately at cost. All sales are final for completed document preparation work.
Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate tenant, property, and lease information. We are not liable for errors in documents caused by inaccurate information you provide.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for court outcomes, delays, or damages arising from the eviction process.
